Another excellent article, but I would add that it isn't just where people come from or what they look like - it is in fact mainly about how they behave. I live in Birmingham and whilst there are lots of people who are 'good' immigrants - productive, contributory, culturally and behaviourally similar enough to natives to get on, there are literally thousands, perhaps even hundreds of thousands of totally useless layabouts who do nothing but cost us money. More than just sponging off the rest of us, they make life unpleasant in a myriad different ways. Blasting music on public transport. Riding escooters badly all over the place. Abandoning hire bikes. Smoking weed in public so everywhere stinks of it. Gabbling loudly in previously quiet squares. Yelling about Kuffars with loudspeakers in shopping centres. Harassing women. I could go on.
Someone needs to find a way to throw out the bathwater and keep the baby(ies).
"obviously we should not allow people who are welfare dependent to remain or become citizens" is a tough line to take when asylum seekers aren't legally allowed to earn a living through self employment - the easiest entry point into a career
Fantastic analysis. Migration adds to GDP, even if it is use of schools, healthxare or police time, which reduces debt as a proportion of GDP. That's one reason why Governments have been slow to reduce numbers.
Everything has been made infinitely worse by mass immigration. All brought on by the Uniparty mainly over a period of the last 30 years. We will never vote for you again.
Thanks Neil and I admire your energy and tenacity in obtaining and analysing this data. It does show a remarkable shift in Britain’s overall ethnicity. But I don’t agree with your conclusion that mass immigration has not had a positive economic effect. We just don’t know what would have happened without it, things may have been much worse. The most shocking fact in here is the alarming decline in white birth rate. If we limit immigration we will have a rapidly shrinking workforce supporting an ageing population, pensions and NHS costs both growing in real terms every year. We will have a very different country, more expensive, more inefficient, less consumer choice, worse service levels. But ever so slightly more white. It’s not something I’d vote for.
The problem is that immigration doesn't solve the birth-rate problem, for two reasons:
1. Immigrants themselves eventually grow old, get sick, need healthcare, social care, nursing homes, etc.
2. It's been consistently shown in country after country that usually within two generations the TFR of immigrant groups drops to broadly match the average level of the nation in which they live/were born.
So unless you just keep increasing the numbers of immigrants, endlessly ratcheting it up until the British become a 1% minority, it's not going to work. It has the structure of a Ponzi Scheme, which collapses the moment you stop adding more people to it.
If you want to fix the birth-rate among the native population, you need to directly fix the birth-rate among the native population. I'm not saying that's easy. In fact, it's probably the central and most difficult challenge facing the world today. Countries that made early efforts on this front, such as Hungary and South Korea, through economic and tax incentives, have seen only limited success.
My belief is that this is, at its core, a cultural problem, though driven in many ways by technology and the rise of smartphones and the internet and the decline of Christianity and Church-attendance among the native population. And if that's the case then it needs a whole-of-society response, a profound and radical cultural shift similar in *scale* to the one of the 1960s-1970s.
The entire cultural apparatus for many decades has worked against white people having children. Now they have succeeded in convinving white people not to have children (for environmental reasons for instance), we are now told to accept infinity immigration to replace the people we have lost. Its the most sinister brain washing event i seen in my entire life.
Mass third world immigration is ruining Western society, literally everything is worse because of it. As an example we can look at the 250,000 white girls that have been raped by Pakistanis gangs for at least 40 years.
We don’t need immigration from the worst countries on earth, we need to increase the native birthrate.
We need Key Stage Zero (0–60 months) to be formally recognised as the single most critical foundation of human development.
We spend £120 billion each year on UK education building a "finished product" while relying on parent debt and subsidies to fund this critical stage. This is where human internal resilience, interoception, and emotional self-regulation are developed.
Right now, over 1 million young people (1,012,000 / 13.5% of 16–24 year olds) are classified as NEET, with 61% economically inactive due to burnout, severe anxiety, and mental health collapse.
We are burning billions to remedy acute relational behaviours that could be mitigated at birth.
